5-Year Limited Warranty

Tuxtreme provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty for covered automotive accessory products purchased from authorized channels. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the warranty period, subject to the exclusions below.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and lasts for five (5) years. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty service does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in covered components.
  • Material defects that substantially impair normal product use.
  • Workmanship defects under normal installation and use.

What Is Not Covered

  • Improper installation, incorrect vehicle fitment, drilling errors, mounting errors, or installation not following instructions.
  • Accident, collision, abuse, misuse, overloading, racing, off-road damage beyond ordinary product expectations, or commercial misuse.
  • Modification, alteration, repainting, welding, cutting, disassembly, or unauthorized repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic marks, fading, surface scratches, or consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by road salt, chemicals, harsh cleaners, environmental exposure, flooding, fire, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature.
  • Labor charges, installation/removal costs, towing, rental vehicle costs, lost time, lost profits, or incidental/consequential damages unless required by law.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, used products, open-box products, or products without valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Contact customerservice@tyaje.com with order number, proof of purchase, product photos, vehicle information, and description of the issue.
  2. Customer service reviews eligibility and may request additional photos or information.
  3. If approved, the company may provide replacement parts, replacement product, repair guidance, refund, or other remedy at its discretion and as permitted by law.
  4. Customer may be required to return the defective item or make it available for inspection.

Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may have other rights that vary by state. The policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
