Tuxtreme wants customers to receive the correct product in good condition. This policy explains general return and refund terms. Amazon marketplace purchases may also be subject to Amazon return rules, which may control where they differ.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests should be submitted within the return window stated on the product listing, order confirmation, or marketplace policy.
  • Items should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging unless the return is due to defect, damage, or company error.
  • Proof of purchase and order number are required.
  • Customer must follow return instructions and use the provided return address or label if issued.

Non-Returnable or Limited Return Items

  • Installed, modified, drilled, cut, damaged, missing-parts, or heavily used products may be refused or subject to deduction unless defective or required by law.
  • Custom, clearance, final-sale, or special-order products may have limited return eligibility if disclosed at purchase.
  • Hazardous, oversized, or freight items may require special return handling.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges, return shipping, restocking deductions, or carrier fees may be handled according to the order channel, marketplace rule, and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should contact customerservice@tyaje.com promptly with photos of packaging, labels, damage, product, and order number. The company may offer replacement parts, replacement product, return label, refund, or other remedy based on the circumstances.
